Chinese to German language translation

詢價需求：
Hello, I am an International Student in Tunghai University. I am now applying for Austria Residence Visa for exchange students' requirements, and I would like to have my criminal record and ARC certificate in Chinese to be translated to German language. Should I just upload the file here or do I need to give the real documents to your office? And does this translator have registered as legalised translator, as I should need the stamp of it in the German translation.
