Max Corporation於2013年轉投資成立精油提煉農廠BoreA 。命名於加拿大魁北克Chibougamau城鎮黑雲杉森林之路名，主要進行加拿大野生黑雲杉森林開採提煉100%黑雲杉純精油( Black Spruce Essential Oil)，並於2015年成立獨立品牌Boreasens 以黑雲杉精油為主體進行其它相關精油產品研發。 黑雲杉最主要生長國家位於加拿大，尚有90%野生杉木並未有效利用及開發。BoreA與加拿大政府簽屬長期開採合約，依照加拿大環境保護法下，合法進行杉木開採及黑雲杉農場創建。目前為加拿大黑雲杉精油提煉最大供應商，精油經過當地合法實驗室分析取得政府認証之GC/FID報告，以確保精油品質及其供應量。 目前主要業務出口為歐美二洲，年度出口達到6000公斤以上出口量。而亞洲國家則為BoreA最新主要市場目標。BoreA company name refers to the Boreal forest in the north of Quebec province, Canada. The mother Company, Max Corporation, starts to invest in 2013 to establish factory in northern of Quebec to produce essential oil from the trees species in that area. Since 2014, BoreA is the biggest producer world wide of Black Spruce essential oil which is 100% pure and natural. Canada is the biggest country having Black Spruce, all located in the north of the country. This area is 90% wild, authentic and not developed.
