Candles filtration are long slot tube swith a small diameter, colsed at the bottom side and having a connection part at the top side.The filtration direction is from out to in.Typical slot opening is 70u.
A lot of candles are placed vertically in a vessel. They are coated with a fine-grained treatment media(kieselguhr) which reduces the already small screen openings and permits reliable filtration of sub-micron size particles.

烛式硅藻土过滤机烛棒由楔形绕条与筋条焊接而成。烛棒表面形成一条连续的缝隙,从截面看缝隙呈现外窄内宽式结构。过滤方向由外向内。
1、硅藻土预涂层稳固。该烛棒拥有独特的自支撑结构,使得其能承受非常大的压力,不随压力变化发生形变,表面形成硅藻土预涂层后,涂层稳固,不会出现涂层裂纹,漏土等现象。
2、过滤精度高。烛棒的缝隙间距均匀,能有效拦截硅藻土,快速形成均匀的预涂层。
3、不易堵塞,易于反冲洗。外窄内宽的缝隙结构使得滤芯具有“自洁”功能,杂质不会被卡住,烛棒表面非常光滑,无任何残留物的死角,反冲洗过程更彻底,清洗效果最为理想。
4、渗流速度小。相比其他滤芯,液体在经过烛棒时流速更小,压降小,更稳定。
5、材质多样。可以根据具体的使用环境选用不同的材质,已达到耐磨、耐高温、耐腐蚀等要求。常用的材质有不锈钢304,316L,904L和哈氏合金等,客户也可以指定材质。
