RecteScript Reverse Transcriptase is a bio-engineered version of M-MLV reverse transcriptase, which generates full length cDNA; unlike other commercially available M-MLV reverse transcriptases, RecteScript Reverse Transcriptase has a better thermal stability and a higher yield of full-lengh cDNA.
RecteScript Reverse Transcriptase can be used to synthesise first –strand cDNA at higher temperatures (up to 48? ) than normal M-NLV reverse transcriptase, thus avoiding non-specific products being amplified due to mispriming.
