As you know, LCD monitor arm is a very special & specific industry. There are so many new strange inquiries & new ideas from our customers everyday. ModernSolid will not only need to solve all the problems to meet each requirement, but also be required to have new ideas/innovation and great new product come out at certain period of time. Otherwise, we will be out of market very soon. So far, we have 7 people in our R & D dept. which does not included 2 outlook & appearance designers in overseas.
