History September, 1979 Herz Co., Ltd. established in Yokohama.

History

September, 1979	Herz Co., Ltd. established in Yokohama. Started to develop vibration isolation system for precision mechanical equipment.
December, 1979	Developed desktop vibration isolation system for microscope and surface roughness tester using air springs and started to produce them.
April, 1980	Developed large scale optical bench for laser experiment (3000 x 1500mm) by new bonding technology using aluminum honeycomb as main pillar. 4 sets were sold to Institute of Physical and Chemical Research.
October, 1980	Succeeded in the development of air spring vibration isolation system for analog player and started to produce them.
January, 1981	The development of the air springs for high load and aluminum honeycomb bench lead to succeed in the development of large scale vibration isolation system
April, 1988	Succeeded in three dimensional vibration isolation system for high quality analytical precious measurement machine. Delivered it to Laser Nuclear Fusion Research Center in University of Osaka.
December, 1989	Produced the largest aluminum honeycomb optical bench (12m x1.5m) in Japanand delivered it to Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute by way of Toshiba Corp.
April, 1990	Developed the first steel honeycomb bench and super Inver honeycomb bench and delivered it to The Institute for Solid State Physics in University of Tokyo,
May, 1999	Completed the development of acoustic enclosure for AFM, Atomic Force Microscope
June, 1999	Completed the development of basic technology of stabilization for laser interferometer fringes.
January, 2003	Developed high dumping nano-table for nano-technology and started to produce it.
June, 2003	Started to sell the huge size three dimensional vibration isolation system (30 ton in weight and 5.2m x 2.5m in length) with maximum load 15 ton.
July, 2005	Developed horizontal vibration isolation system for DT and started to produce as 3D/DT
