1.   主體鑄件為FC30，經應力消除，材質穩定。

2.   主軸由合金鋼材製成，經熱處理研磨，精度高：在0.002mm內。

3.   軸承用NSK或SKF品牌，精度高、壽命長。

4.   用滾珠螺桿和伺服馬達推送，可多段定位、多段退屑；鑽孔效率高以延長刀具壽命。

5.   主軸搭配伺服馬達，即可做攻牙功能；一機可鑽/ 攻/ 铣 多功能用途！

 SERVO TYPE DRILLING/ TAPPING SPINDLE HEAD

1.   The material of body is FC30, it was stress relieved for the steady application.

2.   The spindle shaft is made of alloy steel and after heat treatment & grinding procedure. It is high accuracy: Precision within: 0.002mm.

3.   We use all bearings with brand: NSK or SKF for high precision & longer life.

4.   Propel via. Ball screws & Servo motor, can be positioned & removed the metal chips for several sections, to improve the drilling efficiency and also prolong the cutting tools’ life.

5.   The spindle head with servo motor can do tapping function, and then one unit can be multi-function for drilling/ tapping/ milling there!
