Application:

Positioning wrap-around labeler is designed for partial / fully wrap-around labeling on round containers. Available for positioning labeling for round bottles with a handle. Available to apply one or two labels at a time on the bottle.

Features:

1. Machine meets current GMP standards.
2. Japan PLC combine with Proface human / machine interface LCD touch screen controller.
3. Japan precision 5-phase stepping motor and driver.
4. Stainless steel frame contruction is standard.
5. Labeling speed is automatically synchronized with conveyor speed to ensure quality labeling.
6. When the hot foil printer ribbon runs out, this labeler will stop and provide on " error" message.

1. Hot foil printer for date-coding.
2. Product feeding turn table ( diameter 650 / 800 / 1000 mm)
3. Transparent label sensor.

適用範圍:

本機設計適合圓形容器之全繞貼或半繞貼, 可在同一容器貼一張或兩張標籤, 例如酒瓶、醬油瓶、醃漬醬菜等容器。貼標精準度佳, 標籤接合處誤差小。

特點:

1. 控制系統採用日本松下兩軸控制PLC, 搭配Pro-Face 大型液晶顯示人機介面。
2. 日製五相微步進馬達及驅動器控制出標。
3. 本機主結構由SUS#304不鏽鋼及鋁合金製成。
4. 需使用空壓 5kg/c㎡。
5. 當熱燙印字機沒有碳帶時, 本機將自動停機, 且發出警報通知操作者。
6. AC馬達皆為變頻驅動控制。
